Institutional power & compute infrastructure

Powering the organizations looking to leverage data center capacity.

We develop data centers and secure the power required to bring the world's most ambitious systems online.

What we do

Acquire, contract, energize

Three steps, in that order. Nothing downstream is worth designing until the megawatts are contracted.

01

Site acquisition

We build where the energy already is. Land is underwritten against available interconnection capacity first and everything else second.

02

Energy contracting

Long-term power agreements and a contracted path to energization, secured before a pad is poured.

03

Capacity delivery

Data centers designed and delivered for the rack densities advanced computing actually draws.

The power thesis

Power is the constraint. We start there.

Compute is no longer limited by silicon. It is limited by megawatts and by how long it takes to get them. In most markets the interconnection queue is measured in years, not quarters, and that queue position is the asset.

So we start at the substation. Every site is underwritten against available capacity and a contracted path to energization — not against a building we would like to put there. The result is a portfolio where the hardest problem is solved before construction begins.

Bring us a load, a timeline, and a density target. We will tell you where the power is and when it can be live.
